Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for the UK market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing and closing technical roles, managing stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across the UK market.

  • Understand technical job requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels.

  • Manage job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and provide regular updates.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for recurring roles.

  • Conduct reference checks and support onboarding when needed.

  • Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay up to date with UK hiring trends, compliance requirements, and market rates.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the UK market.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as developers, cloud engineers, data specialists, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience working with UK clients or agencies is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiar with UK employment practices and basic compliance guidelines.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles at once.
