Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for the UK market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing and closing technical roles, managing stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across the UK market.

Understand technical job requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels.

Manage job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and provide regular updates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for recurring roles.

Conduct reference checks and support onboarding when needed.

Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Stay up to date with UK hiring trends, compliance requirements, and market rates.
Requirements

3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the UK market.

Strong understanding of technical roles such as developers, cloud engineers, data specialists, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Experience working with UK clients or agencies is preferred.
