Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for the UK market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing and closing technical roles, managing stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across the UK market.
- Understand technical job requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels.
- Manage job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and provide regular updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for recurring roles.
- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding when needed.
- Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with UK hiring trends, compliance requirements, and market rates.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the UK market.
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as developers, cloud engineers, data specialists, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with UK clients or agencies is preferred.
